I was invited to taste some of their new dishes and pizzas which were recently added to the menu.

1^st dish:

Ricotta Gnudi with eggplant caponata

2^nd dish:

The Catalan Pizza topped with roasted gala apples, spiced raisins, toasted pine nuts, sautéed spinach, roasted peppers, shaved grana padana and a romesco sauce

3^rd dish:

Don Andreas Pizza with roasted chicken, corn, avocado, chipotle salsa and a kick of Valentina hot sauce

4^th dish:

The Verde Pizza with sautéed kale, caramelized onions, kalamata olives

5^th dish:

White Chocolate Panna Cotta

My take:

The Ricotta Gnudi was a great starter to share. Out of all the pizzas I tried, my favourite was The Catalan Pizza topped with roasted gala apples, spiced raisins, toasted pine nuts, sautéed spinach, roasted peppers, shaved grana padan and a romesco sauce it was delicious and flavourful. My 2^nd favourite was the The Verde Pizza, great combination with the sautéed kale, caramelized onions, and kalamata olives and quite different than the Catalan. I am not usually a PannaCotta fan, however their version was delicious and light.
