Serving Filipino fusion cuisine on a food truck, this is not your traditional Filipino cuisine, you will find dishes with a twist from unique flavours to names of dishes you may now from the Filipino culture. I have visited a couple of times, first of all you can’t miss this vibrant coloured truck, second they are offering outstanding dishes using as many local ingredients as possible. I had the delicious Pacman Pandesal Sliders ($7) AAA Canadian Angus beef mini burgers in citrus soy marinade, with pickled red cabbage, carrots & crispy leeks with a hoisin mayo on a Pandasal (Filipino bun). I have also had the Lumpia Shanghai ($7) spring rolls filled with pork, as well as their Lumpia ($6) vegetables filled spring rolls. I have also had the Flip Top BBQ Pork Skewer ($4) made with their signature barbq sauce.
I would keep an eye out for this colourful truck on the streetfood app or anywhere they roam too around the city, up close you’ll find some of the most energetic and fun chefs on board in the city, and you have to check out their Flippin Adobo Fili Cheesesteak a dish that I am looking to try next.
