It is no secret that I love The Bibo, asides from their great food, both of the owners Andrea and Lorenzo are innovative and are constantly introducing new authentic dishes from Italy to their menu. I attended a tasting recently for their new Bibo Brunch which featured many new dishes which all of us patrons can enjoy each weekend at Brunch.
These are some of my favourite dishes that are now available on their brunch menu.
Parmigiana di Melanzane
Lasagna al Pesto
Cold pasta with buffalo mozzarella and fresh tomatoes
Torta pancetta and onions
Tris of Focaccia – olives – onion – tomato
You will find many other Italian specialties on their Brunch menu
The BiBo’s brunch services is from 10:30am – 3:30pm on Saturday and Sunday.
