Event sponsor Wines of Argentina will provide over 80 wines for tasting, more than 10 top Vancouver restaurants will be on hand with food pairings and local bartenders will put their swizzle sticks to the test in a cocktail competition.  There will also be a massive silent auction in support of the BC Hospitality Foundation.

Best Service? Shoot. Not necessarily the best restaurant….

I had some pretty fantastic service at Boneta (the servers know their food and drink menu very well + the manager came out to speak to us to see how we were doing)

I also was very impressed at the service at  Carderos’s despite it being a very busy day. The server was friendly, casual and didn’t try to up-sell, but efficient and successful at it anyhow. That’s a good server.

Wait does La Brasserie Street Cart count? ;) They’re very nice there.

The best service at a restaurant would be Atithi as they literally ran back to the kitchen to get a regular customer a different meal to take home with her as she didn’t like what she ordered and Vijis as they give you complimentary appetizers to make up for the long wait to get inside their popular restaurants.
