
Recently experienced the new Aperitivo Happy Hour menu at Carlino Restaurant which runs from 2pm-5pm daily and offers a wide selection of food options, handcrafted cocktails, mocktails, and wines by the glass.





I enjoyed a couple of the mocktails by Taras Grabovyi that included the Passion Flora and the Jasmine Tea with lime leaf; and tasty bites by Chef Fowke that included the most addictive Rosemary & Parmigiano popcorn, Sicilian fried olives, Veal meatballs, Oxtail postage stamp ravioli, Montasio potato cake; they also offer a great wine selection crafted by Robert Stelmachuk.

Carlino Restaurant is located on the 3rd floor of Hyatt Alberni at 1115 Alberni St in downtown Vancouver.
