I have spent the summer baking up some delicious Sourdough breads and pastries at home. This local bakery delivers ready-to-bake sourdough & pastries made of Organic flour to homes across BC, Alberta and south of the border to Washington and Oregon. 

Co-founders Alice Couderc and Lucas Navilloz moved here from France 7 years ago and in 2022 they launched their new bakery that takes orders online and ships the ready-to-bake frozen sourdough bread and French pastries. 

First orders also come with an Atome Pan that they specially created along with the products, this is a terrific idea as the pan has worked wonders for everything that I have been baking as I followed their easy instructions. I have made their baguettes, brioche buns, croissants, pan au chocolate, liege waffles, and mini croissants.
