Michelin Guide Vancouver announced that it has added 6 more restaurants to its guide as recommended.

These establishments are highlighted as “New” on guide.michelin.com to help food lovers enjoy new discoveries before the annual announcement of Bib Gourmands and Stars.

Last October I attended Vancouver’s first Michelin Guide awards and now there are 6 more restaurants for food lover’s to try if they haven’t done so already.

The 6 spots are:

Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar – 845 Burrard St (Downtown)

Elisa – 1109 Hamilton St, (Yaletown)

Moltaqa Moroccan Restaurant – 1002 Mainland (Yaletown)

Seaport City Seafood – 2425 Cambie St (Cambie Village)

Tetsu Sushi Bar – 775 Denman (Westend)

Wildlight Kitchen & Bar – 5380 University Blvd #107 (West Point Grey)

The Michelin Guide awards ceremony for 2023 will take place on October 5 at the Fairmont Pacific Rim by invitation only.
