A new hideaway just opened and it is Vancouver’s newest rooftop and cocktail lounge by the Executive Table Group with delicious food, tasty cocktails and fabulous views.
I tasted my way through the menu from Executive Chef Sandy Weichen and team; watched the bartenders make some creative cocktails and mocktails and took in the views from the various patios that surround this 9th floor rooftop hidden gem.
I tasted my way through a selection of bites from the delicious Duck spring rolls, Corn on cob, Chicken satay with a mango coulis, to Smoked salmon sliders, ceviche tarts, Mushroom sliders, Pork ribs, Dumplings, Avocado sliders and more.
The drink menu is also well designed and the Sucker punch cocktail is one for you to try.
Desserts are also a must including the Pistachio cake, Black forest cake, Pina colada tart and the exquisite Chocolate cigars in a box.
I loved the tiki bar, along with the variety of seating options on the outside patio, this is going to be your spot to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. In the day or night, get ready to go and enjoy.
