Fun night, last night for our return to the Commercial Drive neighbourhood after a 3 year absence for our Tasting Plates Commercial Drive dining tour featuring a selection of restaurants, and establishments with delicious food and drink #TastingPlatesYVR

At JamJar Canteen
They served a Tasting Plate featuring:

Mini Lamb Kafta Balls
Served on sumac onions & zaatar Labneh

Burghul Salad
Onion, tomatoes, 7spice, fresh basil, cucumber, feta and olives

Deconstructed Baba Ghanouj
Mini eggplant steaks, topped with fresh mint, tomato & green pepper salsa

Orange Blossom & Apricot Triffle
Crushed baklava topping

At Caffe Soccavo

They served guests their Gramma square pizza slices (this is the margherita, and pepperoni; aired with an Aperol Spritz cocktail.

At Osita
They served a Tasting Plate featuring:

Ahi Tuna Tartar on crispy nori chip

Beetroot Ceviche in a corn tostada

Prosciutto croquette with pickled onion

24 Roasted Tomato Salsa and arugula on Baguette

At South China Seas
They served guests a couple different dishes and a cocktail.
