Fun night, last night for our return to North Vancouver after a 3 year absence for our Tasting Plates North Van dining tour featuring a selection of restaurants, cafes and more with delicious food and drink #TastingPlatesYVR

Ancho Tamale

Steamed corn masa in a banana leaf topped with salsa verde, crema, pickled onions, queso fresco and cilantro.

Duck Tostada

Duck confit, beans, habanero aioli, watermelon radish and cilantro on a crispy corn tortilla base. 

Ceviche 

Ocean Wise shrimp and rockfish cured in tomatillos, chile and fresh lime. Served on a flaky flour tortilla chip.
