It’s all about creative all day brunch and dessert dishes at this second location for the North Vancouver eatery that is owned by husband and wife Paulo and Priscilla.
I loved the decor and most of all the delicious food; the name Craffles means crepes and waffles for all those enquiring minds who want to know. They specialize in both Brussels and Liege waffles, Crepes, as well as Monster shakes and more.
I have visited and tried a selection of items that included the delicious Crispy Chicken Crepe with Buttermilk crispy chicken, old white cheddar, spinach, tomato, spicy buffalo sauce, and blue cheese sauce; as well as the Holy Smoked Waffle topped with delicious smoked salmon, chive cream cheese, tomato, capers, arugula and lime.
I had a Cappuccino made with @saltspringcoffee along with the popular Smores Classic Waffle with Nutella, torched marshmallows, vanilla ice cream, topped with smores, graham crackers crumbs chocolate and caramel syrup. I also had one of their Brigadeiro, a Classic Brazilian dessert made of chocolate and more.
I loved the Celebration Strawberry Cheesecake Shake with whipped cream, topped with a slice of strawberry topped cheesecake, garnished with crushed graham cracker crumbs around the outside of the glass. My advice is do not share, get one for yourself.
I took some of their Liege waffles home to try which included the Matcha Liege Waffle, Oreo Liege Waffle and the Chocolate Walnut Liege Waffle – this one was my favourite.
