First Taste of Lumine Coffee

Specializing in house-made baking, multi-roaster coffee and other beverages, sandwiches and more. They opened recently in the Kitsilano neighbourhood of Vancouver.

Owned by a husband (he takes care of the coffee and operations) and wife (she is the chef and takes care of the food and kitchen) team who are both passionate about serving the community with delicious food and drink. For lunch and the rest of the day they have a selection of sandwiches and more. They have a variety of baked and they have a vast selection of drinks from drip coffees to lattes and more.

Beautifully designed the café is bright with rounded corners, cool light fixtures and wood finishing, the café was built by Pacific Solutions Contracting.

Over a couple of visits I have tried a couple of beverages and baked goodie.

Made with The Kop Coffee Roasters (Delta)
Made with Kittel Coffee Roasters (Montreal)

I loved the Double Baked Almond Croissant and the cortado’s, one was made with Kittel Coffee (Montreal) and the other was made with The Kop (Delta).
