Welcome to the 1st Vancouver Foodster Slider Challenge. I have invited restaurants from all over the city to enter their Sliders into this challenge, some entered their house recipe and others created a special slider just for this challenge. Each restaurant will be featuring their Slider creation on their menu from July 9 – August 1, 2021.
How Does this all Work? For the public challenge, you are invited to go out and order any or all of the Sliders s in this challenge, then you decide who you think has the best Slider creation for the People’s Choice award winners.

Voting criteria – some things to help you judge your favourite Slider creations – keep these things in mind: originality, creativity, uniqueness, traditional, non-traditional, price, value and most importantly taste.
Get some friends together and make a day or night of it, visit 2 places or more and taste the different Slider creations or go solo or with a friend– just remember to VOTE for your favourites

The Burnt Bison
Price: One slider for $9, or two for $16

Description: A 3oz in house made Bison patty with a blackberry mayo, bacon jam, and burnt shallots served on top of an in house made sesame slider bun. (Optional) you can add on a side for a small extra cost (fries, house salad, caesar salad or yam fries)
Takeout/Pickup: Daily 11am-9pm for dine in, take out and or delivery.
Delivery: Daily from 12pm-9pm, orders can be placed over the phone only at 604-922-9333. Will take credit card over the phone for no touch delivery. Delivery only to West Vancouver addresses.

Description: Three Sliders, consisting of 1 each of Marinated Battered Chicken/Seasoned Porks/Canadian Beef, stacked with Lettuce, Lotus Roots , Caramelized Sweet Onion , Fresh Shredded Green Mango, Sprouts and Green Onion served in homemade Beet/Spinach/Pumpkin buns with Red/Green/Yellow Curry Coconut Milk sauce.
