Vegan Ramen with spinach noodles

I have visited several times since opening, and one of my go to’s each time has been the Wonton Chicken Ramen with spinach noodles in a delicious chicken broth; as well as the Wonton Chicken Ramen with regular noodles. The Vegan Ramen with spinach noodles and tofu+shiitake mushroom broth is also very good, love the noodles and the tasty broth!

Spicy Chicken Ramen

Jinya Bun

Spicy Creamy Shrimp Tempura

I have tried the Spicy Chicken Ramen in chicken broth: chicken chashu, spinach, spicy bean sprouts, green onion which was served with thin noodles, this one was too spicy for my palate. The Jinya Bun is a popular appetizer, the steamed bun is stuffed with slow-braised pork chashu, cucumber, and baby mixed greens served with JINYA’s original bun sauce and kewpie mayonnaise; I enjoyed the Spicy Creamy Shrimp Tempura  crispy shrimp tempura tossed in JINYA’s original spicy mayonnaise done in the classic “ebi –mayo” style.

One thing to keep in mind if you have extra broth towards the end is KAEDAMA, for a nominal extra charge you can get a noodle refill. For days when you get that ramen craving, this ramen eatery is one to visit.
