Italian Kitchen Opening

Last night, I attended the relocation reopening party for the new Italian Kitchen Restaurant downtown on Burrard, this is Italian Kitchen 2.0 and it’s a beauty.

Guests were treated to cocktails along with red and white wine flowing throughout the night.

The kitchen is being run by Corporate Chef Ryan Gauthier as well as Chef de Cuisine Dario L. Rossi and they have redone the menu for this new Italian Kitchen as it is reborn on Burrard Street, a couple blocks away from the original. Chef Giovanni Trigona is making all the fresh pasta in the open concept pasta kitchen.

Italian Kitchen is open seven days a week, 11:30 am to 10:00 pm, with weekend brunch every Saturday and Sunday.
