With a passion to create one of a kind brewing experiences, Vincent Wong did just that opening his own coffee brew bar, which is the only one of it’s kind in Canada.

Named after Fairies, Faebrew is a coffee bar that celebrates that we are all different and we all enjoy different things and experiences in life.

Vincent Wong is the owner and coffee purveyor, his background is in private investment banking, clothing store sales, he is a self-taught musician who plays many instruments including the piano, and he is a self-taught coffee geek.

It’s all about the service here at the coffee bar that seats 8, he prides himself on personalized service, and creating the perfect cup of pour-over coffee.

Vincent made me a dark roast pour-over coffee with chocolate and nutty notes with beans from Indonesia at this very unique and stylish coffee bar.

In addition to the coffee, he also features some delicious treats including desserts from L’Atelier Patisserie as well as Macarons from Le gourmand.

Faebrew is located at 140-4328 No.3 Road in Richmond and is open from 10am – 11pm daily.
