With several years experience as a Pastry Chef, Lisa Gardin’s passion was to open her own shop and that she did a couple of weeks ago.

Located at 1007 Main Street, just north of the Main Street skytrain station, this small café has 12 seats along with a communal table, it’s a chocolate shop, an ice cream emporium and an espresso bar all in one.

Ice cream tasting, all were so yum, my favourites here were the Coffee Cardamom, Madagascar Vanilla Bean, Pistachio, 80% Dark Chocolate, Salted Caramel then the Peanut Butter and fudge ripple

She crafts her own chocolate bars, the first collection is four male characters which are all fun and tasty too, to come will be a collection of female characters then the hipsters and so on.

Her ice cream and sorbets are made in small batches on premise with high quality ingredients. She also makes ice cream sandwiches, caramels, lemon squares, cheesecakes and more.
