I could never pass up an invitation to chat with notable celebrity Chef Mark McEwan, especially when he was back in our city where some delicious pizza was part of the affair. As Johnsonville Sausage Canadian pitchman, Chef Mark McEwan is promoting a variety of sausages and this tasting was held at his friend Chef David Hawksworth newest restaurant Nightingale in Vancouver. Each of the wonderful dishes that I tasted was prepared by Nightingale Head Chef Phil Scarfone and his chefs team.
