I indulged in this inaugural afternoon tea service to launch the new store and tea lounge. Michelle Nahanee and her daughter Paisley’s tea focussed shop features an indigenous selection of teas and accompanying products.

After my selection of tea was served, I then indulged with a selection of Indigenous themed savouries and sweets served on a three-tiered platter.

The savouries included; Corn pie filled with elk, Bison ancient filo, Wild mushroom pie, Bannock filled with duck and turnip; and FIlo stuffed with mushroom; all delicious (bottom plate)
