Lobster Florentine properly prepared with potatoes, mushrooms and tomatoes in a rich lobster jus, flavourful and beautiful plating.
Perfectly prepared Beef Striploin garnished with onions and tomatoes.
Tiramisu Bombe and Mascarpone Gelato on a bed of chocolate cookie crumble by Pastry Chef Andrea Fletcher, and I loved both.

There are many more new dishes on their lunch and dinner menus and I am looking forward to their revitalized brunch service menu as soon as it’s launched.
