Advice: Take friends and share some dishes.
Hidden off Keefer and close to stadium skytrain station is the sister restaurant to its original Hai Phong in East Van. This is a Vietnamese kitchen offering up many of their favourites as well as some new items. I had the tasty Garlic Butter Chicken Wings ($6.95) with dipping sauce which I loved, followed by the Grilled Lemongrass Chicken & Spring Rolls Vermicelli Bowl ($9.50) which is quite a large serving. I also had one of the refreshing dessert drinks, the Che Bo Jelly Ice ($4) with Pandan jelly, mashed avocado, coffee jello, water chestnut and tapioca.
The menu has a large selection of Vietnamese specialty dishes such as the Vietnamese subs, Vermicelli bowls, noodle soups and more, along with an extensive beverages line-up including their French style coffee and juices, milkshakes and slushies.
