The Indian Summer Festival returns to Vancouver from July 3-12. Again this year they are featuring a culinary component featuring South Asia’s finest art and cuisine.

Celebrate the first day of Indian Summer with festival artists, patrons and special guests. Vancouver’s gastronomic guru Vikram Vij curates a culinary tour of South Asia featuring multiple food stations. Presenting culinary delights from India to China to Japan, all created by the city’s top restaurants (Blue Water Cafe, Bob Likes Thai Food, Bao Bei, Atithi, Cafe Kathmandu and Vij’s), paired with fine beverages including award-winning wines and signature cocktails.
CBC News Vancouver’s meteorologist Johanna Wagstaffe will be broadcasting her segment live from the gardens that night.
Eat, sip and wander through the jewel that is the Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden, all the while mingling with Vancouver’s best and brightest. This is an enchanted evening not to be missed!
