Last night I celebrated at the opening of Chef Jimmy Stewart, Matthew Schmidt and Justin Devlin’s new establishment in Gastown located downstairs in the basement below their other restaurant Blacktail Florist. This space is quite different from the farmer as we as the upstairs restaurant.
It’s décor and theme goes something like a stylish surfer tiki bar and the menu offers up a selection of snacks, other snacks and cocktails, after 10pm you can order the After 10pm Burger.
You will find a very cool private dining room in the backroom so to speak where it only needs some cushions on the seats to comfy the dining experience.
