Last night I was one of the fortunate to dine at Sea Harbour Restaurant in Richmond to celebrate The Year of the Horse. The dinner was hosted by Tourism Richmond, I joined other media friends for a feast of delightful courses to usher in the new year at this elegant restaurant.

Dish after dish arrived to our table in this celebratory multi-course feast.

Each culture has its own set of symbolism and blessings, in the Chinese culture there is an abundance and each of the courses we enjoyed had some sort of significance, one is good fortune, others are prosperity, joy, togetherness and many more. The restaurant is one of the more fancy Chinese restaurants in the city, and it was a pleasure to celebrate and dine with friends.
