I revisited Q4 al Centro Restaurant recently for dinner to taste some of Executive Chef Bradford Ellis‘s new dishes! Some of the dishes were new additions and some were old favourites.
1st dish:
Polpette Q4 $12-
braised beef, veal, pork, caciocavallo, marsala pomodoro
2nd dish:
Melanzana $12-
baked eggplant, ricotta, pomodoro mozarella gratin
3rd dish:
Formaggi $15-
extra virgin olive oil, rosemary, three cheese blend
4th dish:
Vitello $44-
veal chop, porcini dusted, wild mushroom ragu
5th dish:
Maiale $34-
Berkshire pork chop, rosemary apricot marmelatta
6th dish:
Berry Pavlova $8-
My friend Jason Sanders dined with me, we shared all the dishes except for the mains where he had the Pork chop and I had the Veal chop.
Each dish was well presented and all were good. I have dined at Q4 Restaurant on a few occasions previously, see one of my previous visits here . The Melanzana was a standout dish for both of us, the other appetizers were also good as well. My Vitello was juicy and tender and full of flavour, Jason loved his Maiale which was also done to perfection. The Berry Pavlova is one of their notable signature desserts that is a must have when dining here each and every visit.
