On Wednesday September 29, I attended Caren McSherry “In A Pinch” CookBook Launch Party at the Gourmet Warehouse. This amazing gourmet food and housewares store was the backdrop for an evening of eating and drinking at various stations located throughout the store, from Chef Robert Clark serving Seared BC Albacore Tuna to Tartine Tarts and their delicious Caramelized Onion & Gruyere Flatbread to Chef Tomas has and his Sparkle Cookies, French Macaroons and Hand Made Truffles to Bella Gelateria and the wonderful Chocolate Concepcion 66% and Tahitian Vanilla to the Cloud 9 Hand Crafted Gourmet Marshmallows and more.
