Around Metro Vancouver in the Acura ADX 2025

I recently spent some time test driving the Acura ADX 2025 between Vancouver, Richmond and Langley; while visiting some new and not so new restaurants.

I headed to downtown Langley to Food by Fanta at 20542 Fraser Hwy for dinner to try some new dishes as well as some favourites. One of the newest dishes was the Beet dumpling salad, and then it was on sharing some favourites that included the Bechamel taro nachos, Sakoo Pop, Pla Goong, Sablefish risotto, Yellow curry garlic chicken, Fettuccine scallop pad Cha and we then ended the meal with their new wow dessert Pandan Strawberry & Chocolate Knafeh.

The next day I drove to the Steveston area for an incredible dinner experience; the 18 course ‘From Thailand with Love’ menu @baanlaosteveston that celebrates @chefnutcha ‘s most cherished memories of home in Thailand.

In addition to the food side of the experience, I paired it up with their premium selection of caffeinated and non-caffeinated tea pairing experiences. Their Tea Sommelier @brewithlena is well versed in all things tea and she offers up exquisite teas often paired with each course when enjoying a multi-course tasting menu. These were some of the teas I enjoyed from the non-caffeinated selection.

The next day I drove downtown to pick something up and couldn’t help admiring the beautiful flower installation on Burrard street.

Back out to Richmond to get a bit of highway test driving in and headed out to Richmond Country Farms to pickup some fruits and veggies, The ADX has a good amount of cargo space–~23–24 cu ft behind the rear seats and up to 55 cu ft with them folded.

After the farm visit, I headed over to Mango Yummy (8271 Westminster Hwy, Richmond) to get myself a refreshing Mango and mochi drink as it was a hot day.

The SUV has some unique features that include a power tailgate, panoramic sunroof, and a thoughtfully designed cockpit to enhance usability and comfort.

Every once in awhile I like to drive to Commercial Drive to see what new places have opened as well as to visit some favourite spots, this time around I was craving Mexican and I stopped in at Chancho Tortilleria (2096 Commercial Dr, Vancouver) for Chips and Guac and then their Mixed Veggie Tacos.

I really enjoyed the Acura ADX 2025 was a great car to drive around the city as well as to try some summery dishes.
