
Celebrated the Kerala new year on April 13 where the. restaurant featured their annual one day only feast, the authentic Vishu Sadhya with 20+ traditional Kerala dishes, served on a banana leaf. This was quite the unique experience that I haven’t ever experienced before.

Vishu Sadhya is a grand vegetarian feast traditionally prepared and served on the occasion of Vishu, the Malayalam New Year celebrated in Kerala, India. It’s a significant part of the Vishu festival, symbolizing prosperity and the beginning of a new year filled with abundance.
