This is Jesse and Kei’s place that opened a few months ago with it’s funky decor on the inside, expansive patios on the outside, fun names for the pizzas and other dishes to keep you coming back.

My friend Sheryl joined me for a day trip over to the Sunshine Coast and our visit here for dinner. We started off with their tasty Caesar Salad with romaine lettuce tossed in house caesar dressing with lots of garlic, parmigiano, and house made croutons.

Next it was their Beastie Bread topped with Razzle dazzle sprinkles on steroids, plus cheddar, parm, and mozza, so good. The Bay Meatballs were very good, three BAY meatballs smothered in their house red sauce, topped with parmigiano, and served with 36 chambers of garlic bread.. X to the Z Wings with their hot honey garlic sauce brined and battered with Kei’s secret blend of spices and served nice and crispy.

We then tried a couple of pizzas, it is a New York Style Thin Crust pizza here.

Of course this pizza is a nod to someone in the community, and that someone works at another restaurant in Gibsons, there is a story, and you can ask about it ….

I Know Stanford featured red sauce, capicola, roma tomato, fresh garlic, asiago, powdered parmesan.

We also had the Mary had a Little Lamb pizza with bechamel sauce as the base lamb merguez sausage, caramelized onions, fancy mushroom medley, mozzarella, parmigiano, whipped chevre.

Of course we had to get a couple of their Notorious Dips to go with the pizzas and each one added to the pie; Mo Money Mo Ranch and the Hot Honey’s Call Me Big Poppa.

This is a wonderful spot to dine for some delicious eats in the heart of Gibsons which is only a 6 minute drive from the Langdale Ferry Terminal.
