Specializing in scratch baking, Taylor’s bakery opened recently inside the Haney Place Mall after a successful launch during the pandemic selling her baking at farmer’s markets in the area. She won best bakery of the year in 2021 in Maple Ridge, while not having a brick and mortar yet bakeshop yet.

Her bakery makes all types of items including scones, cookies, cakes, bars, tea cakes, cinnamon buns as well as cake jars.

I have visited and tried several items including at Latte made with Spirit Bear Coffee Co on the beverages side, topped with a Christmas tree decoration. They have a special machine that can etch in various scenes and custom messages on to the coffee beverages.

I loved the Cinnamon bun along with the BFF Cookie and Butter Tart, which were all favourites.  I also tried the popular Cheddar scallion scone, Honey pistachio tea cake, Lemon tea cake, Pumpkin tea cake, Butter Tart blondie, Pueanut butter chocolate oat square; and also had a Gingerbread cake jar.
