With it’s focus on upscale pub food, the nautical themed restaurant close to Kitsilano Beach is a comfortable spot to enjoy some delicious food paired up with drinks from the bar.

Garden Burger
I enjoyed sharing the Wok Crops with Nik choy, cauliflower, brussels, roasted garlic, chilli, lemon and peanuts with my friend Zahra, we both loved the veggies in this dish; we also loved the outstanding Garden Burger panko breaded chickpea Patty, cashew cream cheese, red onions, avocado, sprouts, Lettuce with a side of the spring crunch salad, all so good.
Ginger Chicken Bowl

Zahra then had the Ginger Chicken Bowl with broccoli, onions, charred pellet, and green peas in a Hainese ginger sauce, white rice topped with sesame seeds; while I had the outsanding Hickory Ribs house smoked, 1/2 rack, sesame slaw, fries and house bbq sauce.
Chocolate Cake
Beignets
For dessert we shared two, the Chocolate Cake made with eggplant, banana, salted caramels, bourbon berries and cream, was quite good and the use of eggplant made it quite moist; we also had the Beignets with a selection of sauces, and our favourite sauce was the lemon curd.
You will find a good selection of hand helds, social dishes for sharing, greens and bowls, along with big plates on the menu plus a selection of local beer on tap, cocktails and wines to round out your meal.
