Recently I was invited in to try Chef Jason Sokulski top of the line dishes, this tasting menu as presented to me were the most popular dishes in the restaurant which has their customers visiting time and time again.

1^st dish:

Avocado and Beet ‘fries’ with goat cheese and pumpkin seeds, yum!

2^nd dish:

Crab Croquettes with a tasty salad for garnish.

3^rd dish:

Steelhead Trout with beluga lentils and a celeriac purée with pickled mustard seeds,  stunning presentation and flavours!

4^th dish:

Crispy Fried Chicken, tender and juicy, with a delicious gravy and garlic pine puree

5^th dish:

Elderflower Lemon Curd with honey gragham crumble, delicious.
