I attended the media opening party on September 11, for Nordstrom’s new restaurant which offers a unique mix of West Coast fare. Executive Chef JJ Fraser leads the kitchen.

I enjoyed some of the delicious bites that were served offering a taste of the menu including the Short Rib Grilled Cheese, Cilantro Lime Tacos, Salmon Croistini, Ahi Tuna Poke, Herbed Mushroom Flatbread, Neopolitan Pizza and White Chocolate Bread Pudding.
Their full-service restaurant and bar is their flagship and largest full service restaurant in their Nordstrom collection of stores. The restaurant features the freshest local ingredients with a seasonal focus. The Full bar offers many BC Wines, specialty cocktails and beer.
Bistro Verde is located on level 3 inside Nordstrom, at 799 Robson Street, Vancouver, you can call them at 604-699-2110. Restaurant hours are Monday-Thursday 9:30am – 10pm, Friday- Saturday 9:30am -11pm, and Sunday 11am – 9pm.
