Last night I celebrated with Franco Felice who is the founder and owner of Il Nido in Aberdeen Centre in Richmond. Malcolm Brodie the Mayor of Richmond was on hand for the ribbon cutting ceremony.
Located inside Aberdeen Centre on the main floor, it is a large room with the bar and seating at the back with additional seating in the dining room that extends in the circular room. This is the 2nd Il Nido for Franco and comes just after his downtown Vancouver location recently celebrated 25 years in business.
Guests enjoyed a variety of canapes including meatballs, endive tuna tartare, prosciutto and melon and more while they sipped on Proseco and cocktails.
