Province to Plate at ARC Restaurant

It’s Summertime and ARC Restaurant is featuring their Province to Plate 3 course dinner feature and during July the entree celebrates BC Halibut.

We enjoyed a delicious dinner experiencing this special menu that was crafted by Chef Harris Sakalis.

The 1st course was their grilled Asparagus dish with baby lettuce from their rooftop garden.

We opted to have some mocktails with our meal, but you can also have wine pairings or cocktails as an addition, the drinks are an additional charge and are optional. Both Lawrence and I had the G&T.

The 2nd course was the Halibut & Clams served in a cider broth with garlic scapes from the rooftop garden as well as rainbow swiss chard and more.

For our next round of mocktails, I had the Pineapple spritz while Lawrence had the Blackberry Lemonade.

The 3rd course was their Cherry Cobbler that was served to us in an iron cast pan and it featured garden flowers, bee pollen and their honey lavender ice cream.

ARC Restaurant is located at 900 Canada Place in downtown Vancouver and on Instagram @arcdining
