
It has been one of my favourite food events each year for over 16 years and this year the annual tasty event took place at UBC Farm for its 32nd Annual Harvest festival.
I was honored to be able to attend their VIP session again; this year they provided the VIP guests a chance to be an early bird and enjoy tasting the food and drink ahead of everyone else. We also received one of their Feast Cedar Boards to use and take home.
Here are some of the highlights:


Roasted foraged mushrooms on puff pastry with onion, soubise, aged padano, house pickles @apronyvr by chef @clement.kitchen and team
Whipped stracciatella with Bayshore harvested honey and lemon zest with confit heirloom tomatoes, porcini dust, in house grown cultivator herbs on a sesame crisp @htastinglounge by chefs @savory.andrii and @chef.srutherford

There was live music for all to enjoy along with a silent auction with great items to bid on.
