I was invited in to try the Dine Out Vancouver dinner menu of their 3 course $55 prix fixe which I did recently; and I tried each of the different dishes within each course.

For Starters, you can choose one of the following:
Caldo Verde (features local @bergallifoods Brazilian sausage)
Carpaccio (features local @academy_farms bison)
Winter Bruschetta

For Entrees, you can choose one of the following:

Beef Cheek
Black Cod
Gnudi

For Dessert, you can choose one of the following:

Carrot Cake
Sticky Toffee Pudding
Basque Chocolate Cheesecake
