We have such a great variety of Hot Pot restaurants in the city; and one of the more unique ones is the Northern Vietnamese home-style Hot Pot.

We visited their new location in the South Granville neighbourhood where they featured a few different types of hot pot; I have had the original crab hot pot in the past at their Kingsway location, this time we had the Beef Brisket Hot Pot.

The beef pho broth is simmered for over 20 hours from beef bones, brisket, and aromatic spices to achieve a naturally rich, clear, and deeply layered flavor. Each set includes four premium beef toppings: thinly sliced rare beef, tender brisket, marbled short plate, and handmade beef meatballs and it is served with fresh vegetables, mushrooms, and rice noodles.

We then cooked it ourselves at the table enjoying this traditional phở hotpot experience. We were full at the end, but we also ordered their Lotus Longan sweet soup for a refreshing dessert.
