Specializing in Central Vietnamese cuisine, this restaurant opened recently serving authentic, tasty dishes at this family run spot run by 2 brothers aged 17 and 22, their family owns 10 restaurants in Vietnam. Their dad trained under an internationally famous celebrity Vo Quoc Chef.

The large dining room features several tables and the decor is a throwback to life in Vietnam.

Each of the dishes that we tried were not only delicious, they were also authentic made with fresh ingredients.

Banh Xeo (crispy Vietnamese pancake) described as the largest one in the city, it was crispy and filled with many ingredients, served with herbs and greens.

Com ga xe (Shredded chicken rice) was delightful with the dipping sauce and the broth; Gỏi Gà (chicken salad with chef’s special sauce) was very tasty as was the Pho ga tron (dry chicken pho).
