On Wednesday December 1st, I attended the 2^nd Anniversary Party of the St. Regis Hotel which was almost like a roving House Party.

The wine and Kir cocktails were flowing all evening, a couple of large platters of cheese and fruit graced the tables, the chef was cooking up some of his Yorkshire Pudding bowls, along with some pasta creations, the Executive Chef was serving a variety of pizzas and pulled pork sandwiches.

The party took place in and outside of the rooms inside the hotel. Lee-Wai Yu entertained with his wonderful music on guitar.
