Earlier this summer, I had a chance to explore this beautiful new cookbook by Jennifer Schell published by Penguin Random House.
The book features wineries throughout BC along with a recipe from each, wine pairing suggestions and stories of the vineyards and families.
I made the Sea Star Salmon Wellington recipe which was submitted by Sea Star Vineyards on Pender Island and that was delicious.
