2. Flambed Moroccan Crepes Suzette

with rose preserve and cardamom – Grand Marnier table side flambéd crepes, filed with rose flower preserve, Moroccan spice; served with Cardamom Vanilla Ice cream; a delicious wow experience to end an outstanding dinner.

Summer Berry Crumble

Chef Alex Abley’s creation with vanilla ice cream, this was phenomenal, loved the bottom pastry and the berry and crumble that filled the inside, served warm to the table and topped with the vanilla ice cream.

4. Matcha Croissant

Tasty double baked crispy and sweet is vegan and does not any eggs or dairy, this creation is from Chef Monica Tang.
