One of the cities longtime cafes that specializes in Chinese dishes from the Hong Kong region has been located In Richmond for over the past 25 years. This is one of those places that both Lawrence and I had never been too and we chose a night in early February to do so. Several of their sets come with a delicious complimentary soup as well as dessert.

1st dish:

Clear Soup with meat and vegetables that came with our Lobster set.

2nd dish:

Steam Lobster and sticky rice with lotus leaf

3rd dish:

String beans and beef with black bean sauce

4th dish:

Sautéed halibut with premium soy sauce

5th dish:

Sizzling diced beef tenderloin in black pepper chow Mein

6th dish:

Ginger Pudding served hot

 

We loved all of the different dishes and there were leftovers to take home; they have an extensive selection of dishes on their all day menu. I am looking forward to visiting one day soon to try out their breakfast offerings.
