The 2nd Vancouver Soup Festival presented by Vancouver Foodster featured unique creations at restaurants around Vancouver. Each restaurant featured each soup creation on their menu for a week period, featuring 3 different soups in the 3 week festival, their customers voted for their favourites daily throughout.
Here are the People’s Choice winners for each week of the festival.
Week #1 January 9-16, 2020
1st place – Noodle Arts (Lanzhou Beef Noodle Soup)
2nd place – The Chopped Leaf (Mexicalli)
3rd place – Mi Casa Mexicana (Birria de Res)
Week #2 January 17-24, 2020
1st place – The Chopped Leaf (Tuscan Kale)
2nd place – Noodle Arts (Lamb Soup)
3rd place – Mi Casa Mexicana (Mole de Olla)
Week #3 January 25 – February 2, 2020
1st place – Mi Casa Mexicana (Pozole Rojo)
2nd place– The Chopped Leaf (Spicy Creamy Tomato)
3rd place – Noodle Arts (Chicken Noodle Soup)
