Vancouver Community College Culinary Arts annual Green Tie Gala is taking place on February 5th at VCC’s Broadway Campus. Flourish is their signature, green-tie fundraising gala! You’ll enjoy fabulous food, music, fashion, and find deals at our silent auction and wine wall.
