Specializing in Taiwanese noodle soups, Chef/Owner David Wu set out to serve up traditional dishes from his home country. He has a beautiful open kitchen in his restaurant along with a very nice seating area to welcome guests, if you are visiting solo or as a large group the long communal table is your best bet.

Niu Rou Mian (beef noodle soup)

After over a year and a half he has hit his stride, his Niu Rou Mian is the best around, this is his Beef Noodle Soup and both the meat and the broth are outstanding. I have dined here on several occasions and this soup is now a mainstay for me and many others.

Rhinofish Signature Cocktail

Taro Fries

Fried Chicken Bao

House Pickles

Crispy Chicken Nuggets with nanjen sauce

Crispy chicken nuggets with parmesan and truffle oil

One of my new favourite beverages here is the Rhinofish signature cocktail made without any liquor, it is salty and sweet, and beautiful in appearance and has Apple soda, tomato juice, and salted plum. Some of the appetizers that go well with this beverage are the addictive Taro Fries (Yu Tou Shu Tiao) the tasty Fried Chicken Bao (Gua Bao); and the House Pickles, along with both the Crispy Chicken Nuggets with nanjen sauce and the Crispy chicken nuggets with parmesan and truffle oil.

Shu Cai Mian

Hun Dun Mian

I have tried all of their dumplings as well as some of their other soups which include the Hun Dun Mian chili vinaigrette wonton with pork, bok choy, housemade chili oil; and the Shu Cai Mian steamed dumpling vegetarian with shitake, bok choy, bamboo, sesame and bean curd.

They offer a small selection of wines as well as beer on tap or by the bottle. This is a gem worth visiting with friends, family or on your own when you are craving some of the delicious beef noodle soup.
