With it’s focus is on Vietnamese cuisine and an extensive menu selection of Pho and other soups, rice plates, and vermicelli bowls, Chef Lien and her team have been serving guests since opening last summer. Here it is all about flavours whether in the soups or the various dishes, and it is also all about providing quick and friendly service. I have been in for a few visits in the past couple of months loved the Saigon Roll, Spring Roll, and Shrimp Salad roll with peanut and sweet plum dipping sauces which went well with the hot Pandan Leaf Tea. The Mango Salad with prawn and lemongrass Chicken was so flavourful and one of my new favourite dishes.

I have had the Pho in Laksa broth with peanut and coconut a couple of times, each time with a different protein, the first with steamed chicken breast, and then the second time with their tender, flavourful lemongrass pork and vermicelli rice noodles; each bowl also comes with bean sprouts, and a wedge of lime. I also tried a plate of the Grilled beef short rib.
