After almost 10 years Chef Adam Pegg has reinvented his restaurant, renovated, now has a printed menu with many pasta selections, all pastas are made in house daily, as well are their are many new dishes and some old favourites. I had an opportunity to taste thru the menu recently.

Orecchiette with sea bass, broccoli and bread crumbs, and olive oil -loved the flavours and textures of this dish.
A tasting flight of Stragalapretti, Ricotta and Semolina Gnocchi, Lasagna con Coniglio e porcini with rabbit topped with shaved truffles – all outstanding!
Risotto with squash, Granny Smith apples, almonds
