With master baker and owner Vadim Mugerman at the helm, he has been baking all sorts of incredible breads and cooking since starting out literally months ago. He mills his grain on-site for his naturally leavened breads, and bakes quite a selection fresh daily. Some of the breads that I have tried include the Whole Wheat Raisin & Coriander bread, Fig & Walnut, Sesame, Brioche. Loaves range in price from $7.50 to $10, he also offers up open-faced breakfast toasts for $3.50 early in the morning until 11am.
In addition to the breads he makes the most incredible Chocolate Chip cookies, which are addictively good.
It’s the cinnamon buns that I want to try next and I can’t wait to revisit.
