With it’s focus on nitro Ice cream, as well as offering a wide assortment of over 40 flavours, owners Casey Ng and Alina Fang use liquid nitrogen to freeze and churn their artisanal ice cream. The ice cream and sorbet is made fresh to order, in-house from scratch, using pure, all-natural ingredients.
I have tried a selection of flavours, loved the Coffee Nitro Ice cream topped with Mochi, cookie dough and marshmallows as well as the Ovaltine and Horlicks Nitro Ice cream. On my most recent visit I had the Lemon Coookie, along with the refreshing Nitro Watermelon Sorbet and Coconut Ice Cream.
In addition to all the ice cream flavours, there are over 40 toppings to choose from, organized into six categories: candy, cookies and cakes, fruits, nuts, syrups, and bubble jellies. There are also several different sauces you can have drizzled on top.
This is a great neighborhood ice cream shop that is bound to have a flavour or two that will pique your interest to return time and time again.
